John Fabrizio grew up and lived in the Brooklyn of the 1950s and 1960s. He has played in its parks and roamed its neighborhoods—from Greenpoint to Fort Greene to Bay Ridge. In his professional life, Mr. Fabrizio spent more than thirty years in a variety of management and executive positions for a global financial institution. After the business world, he taught briefly at his former prep school, and continues to mentor students. Mr. Fabrizio and his wife, a clinical psychiatrist, reside on Long Island and occasionally escape to their apartment on the southern coast of Spain. This is his first book.
